Repair plans built for petrol and diesel.
A 12-year-old diesel on 140,000 miles and a three-year-old petrol do not fail the same way. Journey gives you three tiers for cars and LCVs, so the plan matches the vehicle instead of averaging out the forecourt.

Your stock is not one vehicle type. Your repair plan should not be one product.
Older vehicles carry wear and more places to fail. Newer vehicles need a wider component list to be worth having.
Journey gives your team three levels, so the choice gets made per vehicle, at the desk, in seconds.
How Warranty First sees it.
Age and mileage should change the cover, not only the price. That is the difference between Journey and a flat plan.

The Journey tiers.
Age and mileage set the tier. Not one price stretched across the whole forecourt.
Journey Core.
Any age - Any mileage
For older and higher-mileage petrol and diesel stock that most plans will not take. Core keeps those cars in the protection conversation, with cover across the key mechanical and electrical components.
Key cover: Engine · Gearbox · Clutch · Cooling · Drivetrain · Electrics · Steering · Brakes
Journey.
Up to 12 years or 120,000 miles
The everyday tier for used petrol and diesel. Everything Core covers, then further out — air conditioning, ABS, ECUs, turbo, fuel and ignition — plus extended wear and tear.
Key cover: Everything in Core + additional mechanical, electrical and comfort components
Journey+
Up to 10 years or 100,000 miles
Our widest petrol and diesel cover, for newer eligible stock. If the manufacturer fitted it, Journey+ considers it unless it is specifically excluded.
Plus: Higher multimedia and diagnosis contributions
What Journey means for your sales team.
Fewer cars leave with nothing attached.
Journey Core means age and mileage do not take a vehicle out of the
conversation before it starts.
Easier conversations
at the desk.
Three tiers make it straightforward to explain why this car needs different cover from the one next to it.
A proposition that fits the car.
You are offering cover built for the vehicle in front of the customer, not the same product every time.
FAQs.
What dealers ask most when they compare Journey against the rest of the market.
Journey and Journey+ include extended wear and tear. Journey Core covers mechanical failure. The plan booklet sets out exactly what's included.
No. Your customer can use any VAT-registered garage, and we pay the garage directly for approved work.
