What exactly is protected?

Each plan protects against specific mechanical and electrical components listed in your plan booklet. We specify what's included and what isn't, so there's no confusion when a repair request is made.

How fast are repair decisions?

Every repair request follows the same structured review process. We assess the fault against your plan's terms, aiming to make a decision within 90 minutes. Your customer gets a clear explanation of what's covered and why. No surprises. No disputes.

Can I choose which plans to offer?

Yes, our plans work across different vehicle types, fuel types and ages. We adjust protection based on the car's condition and your customer's needs. Every plan is transparent and documented.

What happens if a repair request is declined?

We explain why in writing, and your local account manager is on hand to review it with you. Most declines come down to coverage limits or exclusions that were clear from the start.

Do you handle the paperwork?

We handle most of it. You submit the claim through our portal or via our Customer Services team. We verify coverage, coordinate with the repairer, and manage the rest.
