Online Claims - requesting a repair

Please note that our car warranty claims process is online, once you have completed the online form one of our dedicated claims handlers will contact you to provide assistance.

Please read this important note first

If your vehicle has experienced a mechanical or electrical breakdown and you wish to make a claim it is important that you follow the claims procedure laid out below.

The first and most important thing to do is not to delay in informing us of the fault, and importantly, cease driving the car if you feel the issue is significant. It may be that if you continue to drive you could worsen the damage and in some cases invalidate your warranty.

Whether you contact us first, or in the case of your vehicle being recovered to a garage after a roadside breakdown, and you wish to pursue a warranty claim, you must not authorise any repairs until authority has been given by us, to do so will invalidate your claim.

These documents may include: your vehicles V5 log book, purchase receipts, current and previous MOT certificates, current and previous service history documents, VAT service and VAT repair receipts, any repairer’s parts receipt and details of previous repairs that may have been made.

We reserve the right to decline your repair claim should we not be satisfied that you have provided the correct and necessary documentation within 14 days of being notified of a claim.

It is our aim to provide you with the highest level of service and to this end and for training purposes telephone calls may be recorded.
