Please read this important note first
If your vehicle has experienced a mechanical or electrical breakdown and you wish to make a claim it is important that you follow the claims procedure laid out below.
The first and most important thing to do is not to delay in informing us of the fault, and importantly, cease driving the car if you feel the issue is significant. It may be that if you continue to drive you could worsen the damage and in some cases invalidate your warranty.
Whether you contact us first, or in the case of your vehicle being recovered to a garage after a roadside breakdown, and you wish to pursue a warranty claim, you must not authorise any repairs until authority has been given by us, to do so will invalidate your claim.
