Unlike other warranty companies we publish our paid claims. We work on the principle of “if its covered then its covered” and we have a dedicated claims team who manage the claims process from start to finish.

Above are actual real paid claims, it may be that some of the numbers surprise you, its probably true to say that it surprised the policyholder and we know they were relieved to know the cost was covered.
